I know exactly how that feels.
Over the last few years, I've invested thousands of pounds into coaches, masterminds and business programmes. Every single one taught me something valuable.
They helped me become a better marketer and a better business owner. But every investment also highlighted something I couldn't stop thinking about. The biggest thing I was missing wasn't another strategy or a workbook or an online training, it was people.
Women I could message when I was overthinking a decision, celebrating a win, create with or challenged my thinking, shared opportunities and reminded me what I was capable of when I'd forgotten myself.
Because whilst coaching taught me how to build a business, it never gave me the feeling of building one alongside people who genuinely wanted to see me succeed.
That's the gap I couldn't ignore, and it's the reason founded exists.

A note from me.
If you've made it this far, I have a feeling we might have more in common than you realise.
A few years ago, I genuinely thought I was the only one feeling like this.
I thought everyone else had their business figured out, that everyone else had a group of founder friends they could bounce ideas off, that everyone else found showing up online easy.
The more women I spoke to, the more I realised none of that was true.
Behind the Instagram posts, the launches and the wins, so many founders were quietly craving the same thing. People.
People who understood why running a business could feel exciting and exhausting all at the same time.
People who'd celebrate the wins that nobody else really understood.
People who'd remind you to press publish when you'd overthought your content for the tenth time.
People who'd send you an opportunity because they immediately thought of you.
That's why I created FOUNDED.
Not because the world needed another membership. But because I truly believe business grows differently when you're surrounded by the right people.
